We had a move from Wiltshire up to Scotland we rang last minute for a room and Steven was good enough to fit 3 of us in last minute he waited up for us to arrive as it was past 10pm and he even made us a packed lunch for the journey home as we left before breakfast. Very nice clean place highly recommended thank you

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hillhaven Bed & Breakfast is an absolute gem! Fiona and Steven are some of the kindest and most helpful hosts we have ever met. In the peak of the busy season, when we had to change our travel plans due to the weather, they welcomed us with open arms and didn’t hesitate to offer us a room. Their hospitality went far beyond expectations – they truly rose to the occasion and made us feel completely at home. The atmosphere was warm, friendly, and filled with genuine care. You can tell that Fiona and Steven put their hearts into everything they do – from the beautiful, cosy rooms to the delicious breakfast and the thoughtful little touches everywhere. We felt not only like guests, but like friends. Staying here was a real highlight of our trip. Hillhaven is a place full of warmth, kindness, and true Scottish hospitality. We will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone! Absolutely outstanding in every way.

Can't fault this place. It was absolutely beautiful and the owners were super friendly. Greeted at the door with fresh made biscuits by their daughter (they are absolutely delicious, wish we had ordered a full box for our ride home!). The b&b is in a remote area but near enough a town so you can nip out for whatever you need. The rooms were huge and very well decorated/equipped. The owners made us feel at home as soon as we entered. They were brilliant at giving us recommendations for local wildlife spots. On a morning they supplied a full range of breakfast foods and a great cuppa to start the day! They have cats which live in their private property and a small dog named broxie who was the sweetest. Really enjoyed meeting their dog, it made us feel a lot more at ease whilst being away from our own pets. We were lucky enough to have brilliant weather which meant we could take advantage of sitting in the garden at night. There was security cameras on site meaning our car was secure outside on the drive. We felt completely at ease. One night we seen two red kites, three deers in the field and then a hare outside the drive! Thanks again for such a friendly and memorable stay. Hopefully will be back next year!

We enjoyed our stay here for our honeymoon immensely! A gorgeous setting in the countryside surrounded by farms and fields! Steve and Fiona were wonderful hosts and so was their Jack Russell, Mr. Broxy! They welcomed us in and provided excellent suggestions for meals, a superb breakfast, and great local knowledge on what to see! The room was very cute and cozy with a romantic view of the stars up above! Our best stay so far, and we would do it again on return!

It's a great place. Comfortable bed, tasty breakfast and a friendly host. We were also allowed to store our motorbikes in the garage for the night.
